The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• GetKeywords
  Returns a list of supported GCMD keywords.
• GetStations
  Returns a list of stations matching the search criteria as a GML feature collection. Search criteria involves a geographical bounding box, a time frame and a GCMD keyword.
• GetValues
  Returns an array of time series of relevant measurements provided a station code and GCMD keyword.
